Box washer

Machine suited to clean 60x40cm or 75x50cm boxes.

Capacity and dimensions: 
• The washer can be produced for all desired box dimensions and capacities.

Process: 
• The boxes are transported upside down through the washing tunnel.
• One or more pressure sections with P.V.C. or stainless steel pressure pipes wash the boxes.
• The pipes will wash of the sand, soil and other organic material under high pressure.
• The pipes are supplied with water, by a pressure pump.

 Options:
• After wash section, to wash the boxes with clean water.
• Extra section to supply disinfection liquid.
• Remove label residue by using special nozzles.
• Collecting tank from where the pump can collect/re-use water.
• Heater or heatexchanger wash with warm water.
• Cylinder filters to avoid blockage of dirt in the pressure pipes.
• Filter plate to separate organic material from water.
• Cyclone to separate sand from water.
• Blower, to blow of water from the product.

General: 
• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two component paint, which will give a high protection against water and disinfection liquids.
• Also designed in stainless steel.
