Disinfection shower cabin

Machine is suited to disinfect product by showering.

Capacity and dimensions:
• The capacity depends on the length of the machine and the shower time.
• The shower can be delivered for boxes (with several dimensions) or pallets with crates.

Process:  
• The pallet or box is placed inside the cabin on top of the tank.
• The door or curtain will be closed.
• The shower run during the set time on the timer.
• The shower system poures the liquid on a perforated plate, which devides it over the entire box.
• After the shower time the pump will switch of and the product can leak.
• The leaked liquid is collected in the underlaying tank.

General:
• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two component paint, which will give a high protection against water and disinfection liquids.
