Disinfection shower with transport chain

Automatic machine for disinfecting by showering on top of boxes.

Capacity and dimensions:
• The capacity depends on the length of the machine and the shower time.
• The shower can be delivered for boxes (with several dimensions) or pallets with crates.

Process:
• The boxes/pallets are put on the transport chain, using a forklift.
• The boxes/pallets are transported to the shower place.
• The shower system poures the liquid on a perforated plate, which devides it over the entire box.
• With a pump capacity of 110 m3/ hour, a good disinfection of the product is reached.
• After showering, the boxes are transported to the end off the machine.
• During transport the boxes can leak in the underlaying tank, at the end boxes can be taken off by forklift.

General:
• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two component paint, which will give a high protection against water and disinfection liquids.
