Portal stacker (60x40cm or 75x50cm boxes)

The machine is suited to stack, 1 box of 60x40cm or 75x50cm at a time.
Machine can stack all differt types of boxes, it doesn't need to be adjusted to switch between boxes.

Capacity:
• ± 120 boxes per hour.
• Box dimensions: 60x40cm and 75x50cm.
• Pallet dimensions: 80x60cm and 75x50cm.

Process:
• The machine will stack 1 box at a time, every new box will be placed on top of the previous box. 
• The stacking height is adjustable and can be entered in the control cabinet.
• At the end of the infeed belt, every box is positioned for the clamp.
• The clamp works pneumatically and grabs the boxes from above.
• When the set stacking height is reached, new pallets must be placed and the process starts all over again.
• This machine must be connected to an air compressor.

Common: 
• Steel part of the machine are painted in RAL 6011 colour, which is a light green colour.
