Pre-soaker

The machine pre-soaks the products, pre-soaking makes it easier to clean the products in an export washer.

Capacity and dimensions:
• The amount of dirt and required result, determines the capacity.
• This machine is suited for 2 pallets (120x100cm) with 40-45 crates per pallet. 

Process:
• Pallets are placed next to eachother.
• The program starts with the remote control.
• The machine fills up, when full it starts the programmed cycle.
• The water circulates from top to bottom and from bottom to top.
• The water is forced through the pallet, this is perfect for pre-soaking. 
• During the cycle the tank can be refilled to get refresh the dirty water.
• The cycle for pre-soaking can be programmed to your own preference in the PLC.

Common:
• All steel parts are shot blasted, galvanized and sprayed with two component paint, which will give a high protection against water and disinfection liquids.
