Stacking-machine for 75/50 cm boxes

The machine is suited to stack, 1 stack of 75x50cm boxes at a time and palletizes these on a 75x50cm pallet. (de-stacking optional)

Capacity:
• ± 400 boxes per hour.
• Box dimensions: 75x50cm.
• Pallet dimensions: 75x50cm
• Optional: 150x100cm pallet.

Process: 
• 1 box at a time is transported into the stacking machine.
• The lowest box is lifted mechanically and the entire stack is lifted up.
• When the required number of boxes is reached, a lamp will light up on the machine.
• When this happens a pallet must be placed in the machine below the stack.
• After placing the pallet, a button must be pressed before the machine places the boxes on the pallet.
• Afterwards the pallet can be taken out of the machine.
• When the stack is taken out, press 'start' and the process starts all over again.

Options: 
• A sliding arm which pushes the stacks on a pallet. (multiple 75x50cm pallets or one 150x100cm pallet)

General: 
• Steel part of the machine are painted in RAL 6011 colour, which is a light green colour.
